Welcome to Ullevaal Stadium
Ullevaal Stadium is the national football arena in Norway. At Ullevaal, the national football team play their home games. In addition, the Cup final is played here, which marks the end of the Norwegian football season in November. The premiership team, Vålerenga, also play their home matches at Ullevaal.
Ullevaal Stadium is owned by the Norwegian Football Association. It is run by the subsidiary Ullevaal Stadium A/S.
The current crowd capacity is approximately 25,000. The stadium was built in 1926 and is constantly modernised. The final touches are currently being made, and in 2013 the capacity will be 28,000.
Ullevaal Stadium is also used as a concert arena. Famous bands like Bon Jovi, REM, A-ha and Green Day have performed here.
In and around the stadium you’ll also find shops, offices, bars, cafés, restaurants and a hotel, as well as many underground parking spaces.
The Norwegian FA also owns Ullevaal Business Class which is one of Oslo’s largest conference centres. On match days this is turned into VIP-areas. If you would like to know more about this you can visit www.ubc.no
